Celebrating the Connection Campaign at NSW Parliament House

At its heart, Australia Post is a connector of communities. With a presence in every town, city and regional area, we’re uniquely placed to support Australians’ mental wellbeing by helping people stay connected.

Last Thursday at NSW Parliament House, Australia Post and Beyond Blue celebrated the launch of the 2026 Connection Campaign, alongside the NSW Minister for Mental Health, the Hon Rose Jackson MLC.

This is the sixth year of the Connection Campaign. This month, four million free, prepaid Connection Postcards are being delivered to regional and rural households across Australia, with postcards also available through participating Post Offices or online through Beyond Blue.

We’re proud to have delivered 25 million Connection Postcards since the campaign began in 2021, and even prouder of the impact. Most people who send a postcard say it makes a positive difference.
