If you'd like us to confirm that your mail meets the requirements of the delivery service you've chosen, simply send us a copy and we'll check it for you.
Assessing the design
We'll look at your envelope, card or flysheet design - at the position of any design elements and addressing - to ensure they comply.
Assessing the physical attributes
We check factors such as your item's flexibility, envelope colour patterns or paper quality, shape, window panel quality/enclosure colours or patterns, plastic wrapping and barcode readability.
To ensure your mail is fit for delivery, please email us a pdf copy of your artwork.

Please note: While a pdf can help us assess the creative design and barcoding, to test physical attributes we may need to put the item through our mail processing machinery. We'll let you know if we need a physical copy for additional testing.
How long is the checking process?
It usually takes up to 2 working days after we've received your sample. Items that need to go through our mail processing machinery may take up to 10 days.
