How to register and activate your card

1. Registering your card

If you’re a new customer, you’ll receive an email asking you to register. Select Register your card and simply follow the steps to complete your registration.

If you’re an existing customer, log in to Load&Go Online with your Australia Post or MyPost account to activate your card.

2. Activating your card

To add and activate your card, simply enter the card number, hit Continue, then enter the card’s CVV and the six-digit access code you chose when you bought your Load&Go card.

You’ll receive a message confirming the card is linked to your account and you’re good to go. Once activated, you can retrieve or change your PIN online anytime.

Please note: if you purchased your card instore your card will already be active and ready for use.

3. Manage your card with the Load&Go App

To manage your card, download the Load&Go App via the App Store or Google Play.

Have a replacement or renewal card?

To activate a replacement or renewal card, log in to Load&Go Online and select Activate or call 1300 665 054.

If your Load&Go Travel Card is lost or stolen and hasn't been registered, you won't be able to access the remaining funds on your card.
