Once we’ve received your parcel, you can track it using the AusPost app or our online tracking tool.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive on the expected delivery date, it may be delayed. Please allow 10 business days for a delayed parcel to arrive, before making a late item enquiry.

New international customs laws mean we can no longer offer this service. Economy Air Letters with Merchandise sent to the United States will be returned to sender.
We originally suspended the service in April 2020 due to COVID-19 operating constraints. Since then, we’ve had to permanently end the service following new Electronic Advance Data requirements adopted by overseas customs authorities.

'Possible delay' can mean there’s been an interruption to our service like an extreme weather event or a public emergency. Check our service updates.
It can also mean the sender made a mistake when sending the item.
Either way, it’ll still get to you but it might take more time than estimated.
