Envelopes are DL to B4 in size.
Keep in mind the size and weight of your envelope affects how much it costs to send.
Generally, sizes like ‘0’ are extra small. The higher the number, the larger the packaging.

Measure your item’s maximum points and compare it with the packaging dimensions. Satchels, bags and mailers expand when filled.
Laying your item on a flat satchel is a good guide, but head in store if you’re unsure.
Postage

- Sending 5kg or under in Australia using flat rate packaging? It’s eligible for flat rate postage.
- Sending 5kg or under in Australia using other packaging? Follow flat rate postage, based on weight.
- Sending over 5kg, or overseas? Postage costs will depend on the destination, delivery speed and chargeable weight of the package.

We have a range of box shapes – some small and cube-shaped, others large and thin. The number after ‘BX’ doesn’t always tell you how big a box is, and height varies, even for large boxes.
