Impressions 2025 will be released on two key dates this year:
- Release 1 is on sale on at 8.30am (AEDT) 5 November 2025.
- Release 2 is on sale on at 8.30am (AEDT) 12 November 2025.
The Collecting Community exclusive product offer will be available 10 to 19 November 2025. To receive this offer, you need to join the Australia Post Collecting Community before 3 November 2025.
Please note that, as with all Impressions releases, there is very limited stock available, so stock will sell out quickly.
All products that have a purchase limit will display the limit on the product page where product details are listed.
Most products will have a purchase limit of 1 to 3 per household.
Purchase limits are restricted to ‘per household’ instead of 'per customer'. Australia Post can adjust purchase limits at any time.
Australia Post will cancel duplicate orders to ensure fairness for all customers.
As with all Impressions releases, there is very limited stock available, so the stock will sell out quickly. We recommend you purchase online to avoid possible long wait times by phone.
On the morning of the release, please be patient with ordering online or over the phone, as we receive an incredibly high amount of interest at this time.
Australia Post aims to give all collectors a fair opportunity to purchase, and we understand your disappointment if some items are unavailable. Australia Post is not responsible for products that are unavailable due to supply issues.

The Collecting Community Exclusive product will be available for purchase via email invitation only on 10 November 2025. You must be subscribed to the Collecting Community by 3 November to receive invitation to purchase the member-only collectable. You can join the community on the Australia Post Collectables website.
On the day of release, we recommend you purchase online to avoid possible long wait times by phone.
Please note that our Customer Care Centre team will be very busy on release dates to process orders and customer enquiries.
Impressions 2025 products are delivered via the Australia Post delivery network. As we receive an incredibly high amount of orders at this time, the time to dispatch your order may be longer than usual.
You will receive a dispatch email once your items have left the warehouse. This may be a number of days after your place your order.

Rest assured, our teams will be constantly monitoring customer traffic and site performance for all releases.
Impressions products are not sold or dispatched prior to the advertised release dates. Any incidences of Impressions 2025 products sold via third party platforms are not under the control of Australia Post and need to be directed to the third-party platform for further investigation.
The Australia Post team monitors for unacceptable purchasing behaviour via the Australia Post Online Shop. In an incident where a breach has been detected your order will be rejected and refunded in full. Breaches or unacceptable purchasing behaviour can affect your ability to purchase future Collectable products from Australia Post.
As per the Online Shop Terms & Conditions, Australia Post reserves the right to reject an order if, in its opinion (acting reasonably), the order is unacceptable. This could be because we’ve detected on-selling or multiple orders are placed which exceed purchasing limits.
To note, it’s quite common during collector events for collectors to privately swap and sell the collectable items via online auction.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted for any products in the Collectables category of the Online Shop. This includes Impressions 2025 products. Please review our Returns Policy for more information.
The Australia Post Online Shop accepts major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay. Choose your preferred available payment option at checkout.
International delivery is available for some orders. Check each product page for more information on delivery options.
