Simply log in now to the StarTrack Courier customer portal.
If you lodged your item in-store, make sure you provide your mobile number and email address so you can receive real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery via SMS and/or email.

Yes. We'll track the scan events for Registered Post prepaid envelopes and labels as they progress through our network. The number of tracking scans will vary depending on how (and where) the item is lodged, processed and delivered.

To receive the recipient's signature as further proof of delivery, please ask for the Delivery Confirmation service as an optional extra for an additional fee when posting your item over the counter at a Post Office.
