If you need to delete a parcel consignment or shipment from a manifest, please contact your ‘Primary Lodgement Facility.’ They’ll be able to amend the manifest and delete the consignment for you.
To confirm your Primary Lodgement Facility, check your Manifest/Order Summary Report, or, if you use eParcel Online, by clicking on Contract Information, under the Administration drop-down.
