How to post

Flat rate satchels are designed to be coupled with corresponding flat rate postage labels for delivery anywhere in Australia. There are three ways to create and pay for a flat rate satchel postage label:

1. Online or in store via a MyPost Business account (recommended)
2. Online or in store via your MyPost account
3. In store at your local Post Office

Then, you can lodge your parcel at a participating Post Office, street posting box or arrange a parcel pick-up (additional charges apply).

How to reuse satchel

Simply re-fill, seal the second adhesive strip, affix a new paid postage label (making sure to cover up or remove the old one), and post. Find out more.

Size and weight

Small MyPost Business flat rate satchels measure approximately 355 x 225mm and are designed for items weighing up to 5kg.

Quality and sustainability

All our prepaid satchels are durable and built for our delivery network. They’re made with 80% recycled plastic. The REDcycle scheme is no longer operational. Unfortunately, this means there is no collection of soft plastics available at the moment. The industry is working hard to identify pathways to create a new scheme. In the meantime, please dispose of soft plastics in the landfill bin.
