If you have an Online Shop order enquiry, you can fill out an online form and our team will get in touch with you.

You can access your order history through your account dashboard under Order History. To keep things simple and optimise your browser experience, only orders from the past 24 months are shown. If you need details from an older purchase, please send us an enquiry or call us on 1800 331 794 (or +61 3 8340 7240 from outside Australia) and we’ll help retrieve it.

Packaging purchased from the Australia Post online shop should be delivered within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order.

Items purchased through the Australia Post online shop will be sent via eParcel for most domestic orders. A Signature on Delivery is usually required. If your order can’t be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post for collection. If this happens, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you.

PayPal Pay in 4 gives you the option to split your purchases into 4 instalments over 6 weeks. The first payment is at checkout, then three more repayments – one every two weeks.

It's eligible for purchases from $1 to $1,999.99 AUD, and can be paid via debit card, credit card or bank account. Learn more.

How to pay

There are two ways to pay with PayPal Pay in 4 on the Online Shop:

1. Visit your cart and select PayPal checkout. Then, follow the prompts to choose PayPal Pay in 4 as your preferred payment method.
2. On the payment page in checkout, select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be directed to the PayPal website to complete your purchase. Here, choose PayPal Pay in 4 and follow the prompts.

Not all items sold in-store or advertised in our catalogues are available online.

If a product is not available online, please visit your local participating Post Office.
