The Australia Post Gift Card by Mastercard® can be used for purchasing goods and services where Mastercard® prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions).

Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants or merchants who choose not to accept Mastercard® prepaid cards). We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part.

Your activation code is included in the order confirmation email sent after the card was purchased online.

If you can't find the email or you've forgotten the activation code, visit the activation page and click the 'Don't have your activation code?' button. Enter a few details about your purchase and then we'll email you the activation code.

If you were gifted the card without an activation code, please contact the person who gifted it to you.
