When applying for your Business Mail Redirection, we need you to upload images and business documentation in JPG format (each file must be 10MB or under).
Change camera settings
Some smartphones save photos in file types other than JPG. If this is the case for yours, you may need to change your camera settings to ‘Most compatible’ or ‘JPG’ (we suggest a web search including your smartphone brand/model and the words ‘change camera settings to take JPG’).
Convert your business documentation to JPG
If your business documentation is in PDF or hard copy (paper) format, you’ll need to convert it to JPG before you can upload it.
Convert PDF to JPG:
- Print your certificate and follow the instructions below to convert hard copy to JPG, or;
- Open the PDF on your computer, select ‘Save as’ and save the file as a JPG.
Convert hard copy to JPG:
- Scan your certificate and save it as a JPG, or;
- Check your smartphone or camera-enabled device is set to take JPG images and take a photo of your paper certificate.
Checking your image
Before you upload your image, please check it to make sure:
- your fingers aren't covering any details
- the whole document is in the photo
- the text is clear and easy to read
- it's saved as a JPG and is under 10MB in size.
