If some items are delivered, and others are still on their way, your items have been sent in multiple parcels. This is normal for orders with multiple items.
Some senders include multiple items under one tracking number, but items are dispatched in multiple boxes or parcels. As the parcels are processed through our network, they may separate from each other and be delivered on different days.
Other senders fulfil orders at warehouses or suppliers in various locations. Each warehouse or supplier packs and dispatches items as soon as possible, so you may receive your order in more than one delivery.
How to track an order with multiple items
- On our our Tracking tool, select each item from the drop-down menu or tab using the > arrows.
- On the mobile app, switch between each item in the delivery by toggling between the item numbers in Tracking Details
Each item within the delivery may be at different stages of the delivery journey, but each item will be updated as it moves
