Collectable stamps and coins are often produced in small quantities, so buy while stocks last.

When you order on the Online Shop, you'll receive an order confirmation email with expected delivery timeframes (if available).

If you are logged in, go to Orders in your Shop account to find up-to-date tracking information. Otherwise, you can track your item online.

Please note that some items cannot be tracked online, particularly international orders.

The Online Shop stocks products which come from a number of warehouses and suppliers, so they may be dispatched at different times.

We'll send you an email notification when each part of your order is being dispatched.

eBay flat rate satchels purchased from the Australia Post online shop should be delivered within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order.

Items purchased through the Australia Post online shop will be sent via eParcel for most domestic orders. A Signature on Delivery is usually required. If your order can’t be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post for collection. If this happens, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you.
