You cannot amend the details or cancel an order on a postage label once it’s been paid for. However, you can request a refund if you print out a label that has incorrect details, and then generate a new one.

Yes. You can create your own address labels if you're paying for postage at the Post Office, or you can create and pay for postage labels online. You can also print postage labels for your business sending, by using MyPost Business.

No. Your labels will only be available once you’ve paid. Once you’ve paid and are at the 'print labels' screen, it’s best to print your labels when they appear, as you’ll only have 24-hours to access them.

No, not for MyPost Business. You can’t use your own packaging when using our flat rate size-based postage labels.
The size-based flat rate postage labels can only be used with our flat rate packaging range. Together, they provide a flat rate postage solution for delivery anywhere in Australia.
You can buy flat rate packaging from our online shop, on eBay or at your local Post Office ahead of time.
However, if you do want to use your own packaging for items up to 5kg, you can obtain flat rates for postage from a Post Office based on the following four weight ranges:
Up to 500g
500g to 1kg
1kg to 3kg
3kg to 5kg
Parcels sent using own packaging up to 5kg are charged according to their actual weight or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater.

Yes, when you print postage labels you are able to use your own packaging, like cardboard boxes or satchels. To help us get your item to its destination in tip-top shape, ensure your packing material is tough and secure. Learn more about packaging tips.
Use pre-purchased packaging: All Australia Post packaging options can be used to send within Australia or overseas. If you have pre-purchased satchels, you are able to use them with your postage label. However, the price of a postage label covers the cost of postage only, not including packaging.
