Your customers visit the Post Billpay website, enter in the Billpay code, reference number and amount and pay the bill using their credit or debit card.

Once your customer pays their bill, the payment, minus the channel transaction and processing fee charged by Australia Post, will be deposited into your account the next business day.

To encourage your customers to pay their bill on time. The Post Billpay solution offers multiple payment channels making it easier to pay your bill how they want to – either online, over the phone or over the counter at a Post Office. Payments can be made using a credit card or a debit card for all channels. Cash or cheques will also be accepted for payments made over the counter at a Post Office.
