If you’d like extra peace of mind when sending an item, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (from $100 up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.

MyPost Business allows you to create a return label for domestic parcels for postage labels generated through MyPost Business. It’ll save you time by using the original label with all customers details pre-populated. You can also reconcile the value of the returns to see how this is contributing to your parcel sending costs.

No. Return labels are only available for domestic orders.

Yes, you can be charged with underpaid postage if the size and weight of the return label isn’t correct.

If you were charged with underpaid postage for the original order, make sure you change the size and weight for the return label.

Try asking your customer to use a similar size packaging as the original, or reuse the original packaging. If your customer returns their order in a bigger parcel, you may be charged with underpaid postage.

Yes. You can arrange parcel pickups for your shipments using our online sending solutions in MyPost Business for up to 100 parcels at a time. These can now be across any number of orders. Our team will also collect any letters for delivery.
