When you've sold an item on eBay, you can pay for labels at your local Post Office, or through your eBay, MyPost or MyPost Business account. If you’re paying and printing with your eBay account, follow these steps to print a postage label and post your parcel:
- Log in to your eBay account: 'Print postage label' will appear as one of your actions in My eBay.
- Follow the prompts to print a label. You'll be charged the cost through your eBay seller invoice.
- Select additional features if required: Signature on delivery and Extra Cover4. Note, additional costs apply. Australia Post will not deliver parcels requiring a Signature on Delivery to a Secure Parcel Receptacle. View our domestic parcels guide (PDF 444kB) for more information.
- Attach the printed label to your eBay satchel or your own packaging.
- If you'd like a lodgement receipt, post your parcel at a Post Office. Otherwise you can post it in a red or yellow street posting box as appropriate. You can also organise a pickup through your MyPost Business account.
