Only paper items such as letters and documents should be sent inside regular paper envelopes.

Any other items could easily be damaged or lost in transit, and so shouldn’t be posted in regular paper envelopes. Some examples include:

rigid or inflexible items like keys, pens, USB sticks or CDs, which could be damaged by our machines or torn from the envelope and lost
bendable or crushable items such as photographs or certificates, which could easily be bent or creased

You can also check out our mailing boxes, bags and other packaging options. They’re available at Post Offices, with some available to buy online in bulk.

Yes! There’s no minimum order quantity, so you can order a sample of your Custom Packaging online. If you’re happy with it, reorder quickly and easily via ‘My orders’ in your Shop account.

Sample orders are for checking format and style of your design only – cardboard quality, cardstock and colour may vary when ordering in larger quantities.

The price you’ll see on the Custom Packaging product page is a total price, free from any hidden extras. While some printing equipment for larger orders does require a cost for setup, it’s all included in the price we quote you.

Our prices ensure you receive the best value for your packaging selection and quantity, regardless of if you’re buying a small amount, or a bulk order.

While all care is taken in delivering your items, unfortunately, due to the nature of the postal system, we don't offer a fragile service.

No, we don’t offer a ‘do not bend’ service.

In order to help protect an item from being bent or crushed during transit, it’s important to package it appropriately, including using thick, unbendable card on both sides.

See our packaging options to help your item arrive undamaged. You can purchase packaging at your local Post Office or online.

Once you’ve placed an order, production can start quickly, so please get in touch immediately if you notice any errors. Contact us on 13 11 18.

Head to ‘Orders’ in Your Account and click ‘Reorder’ on the order you’d like to purchase again. You can always edit and remove things from your cart before checking out.

Make sure you reorder from ‘Orders’ in Your Account so you receive the best price on your custom packaging – especially when buying in bulk.

When using the customisation tool, you can save at any time by clicking ‘Save project’ under the canvas. Once saved, it will appear under ‘My packaging’ in your Shop account. In your account, you can preview, rename, duplicate and re-edit your saved projects.

If you duplicate, overwrite or change a project that you’ve already ordered, you may not receive ‘Reorder and save’ savings.

Australia Post’s authorised suppliers will endeavour to dispatch your order within 10-15 business days of receiving that order. Delivery time will depend on the delivery provider and delivery type selected by the supplier.

Our Custom Packaging is produced with digital and flexographic printing methods using the CMYK colour palette, unless specified otherwise.

This 2D diecut proof template is how your package will be sent for printing. The green and red lines are to let the manufacturer know where to fold and cut. They won’t be visible on your final package.

Yes. Once you’ve finished customising your package, you’ll complete a final review, which shows your project in a 2D diecut proof template. Once you’ve approved the package, you can add to cart and order online.

You are responsible for creating, reviewing and approving your order.
