For extra peace of mind, Express Post Platinum provides a next business day delivery* service for important items. This service includes Signature on Delivery and you also have the option of purchasing Extra Cover up to a $5,000 value^.

Posting your item
Simply drop your prepaid Express Post Platinum satchel into any Express Post yellow street posting boxes by 6pm or hand it in at your nearest Australia Post retail outlet to guarantee* next day delivery.
Remember to:
- sign the 'Aviation security and dangerous goods declaration' on the front of your satchel
- peel off and keep your unique article ID code in case you wish to track delivery
Please note: If you post your Express Post item in a red street posting box, it will delay your delivery. Lodgement times are earlier in Perth and some regional centres, so check the time on the yellow street posting box.
Tracking your item
You can track the progress of your Express Post Platinum satchel online. Enter your unique item tracking number into our Track tool to see where it is during the delivery process.
Please note: Tracking events are limited for rural and remote areas.
* The national Express Post Platinum next business day delivery network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Express eParcel is not covered in the Express Post Guarantee.
^ Extra Cover can be purchased when you lodge your item at any Australia Post retail outlet. Excludes bank notes, bullion and negotiable securities.
