1 Australia Post accepts many methods of payment including credit card, charge card, cash, cheque, EFTPOS and scheme debit cards for Post Billpay payments based on the requirements of the billing organisation

2 EFTPOS is not available at some smaller outlets. Minimum purchase available is $10.00. Bank transaction fees may apply.

3 Mobile phone calls will be charged at mobile phone rates.

4 Some billers charge a bill payment fee for bills paid in person. Some exemptions apply. For further information please contact your biller direct.
