Get your signature witnessed in 3 steps

Depending on the organisation's specific requirements, we may be able to witness your signature at a participating Post Office. You’ll need to provide photo ID.

Note, we don't process forms, verify content or perform identity checks as part of our signature witnessing service. Our staff have the right to decline being a witness at their discretion.

Step 1

Check with the relevant organisation that our staff are eligible to witness your signature.

Step 2

Present your document and photo ID.

Step 3

Sign your document in front of a staff member, who will then sign it as a witness.
