MyPost Business customers on Band 5 can access Zone 11 postage rates as low as $5.82 when using their own packaging for parcels up to 250g or Australia Post extra small packaging for parcels up to 5kg.

3 easy ways to use the new extra small/250g rate

If you have a free MyPost Business account, it’s easy to access the new extra small/250g rate.

At a Post Office

Bring your extra small/250g parcel to the Post Office and present your MyPost Business QR code. This ensures each parcel you send is counted towards your MyPost Business spend and save.

MyPost Business online portal

When you enter the package details and the weight is under 250g, you’ll automatically get the 250g rate. When using an Australia Post extra small padded mailer, select ‘extra small’ from the 'Australia Post flat rate satchel (max 5kg)' dropdown menu.

Through your eCommerce partner

The extra small/250g rate is available through your eCommerce Partner integration as part of your MyPost Business account. You can discuss your needs with your partner of choice or get started by taking a look at our integration introductory guide (PDF 2.7MB).

Don't have a MyPost Business account?

Zone 1 is defined as sending within the same capital city or same major area, or from a major city / major area to a same state capital city. Zone 2 is defined as sending from anywhere to a capital city, major area. Zone 3 is sending from anywhere to a rural area.
