How it works
3. Send it back
Lodge your item at a Post Office or Parcel Locker. If it's small enough, you can even drop it in a street posting box.
Don't have a printer? We'll print your label over the counter at a Post Office. Just show us the postage label on your smartphone or tablet.
Two ways to pay
Using a return code
A retailer will often cover the cost of a return package, so it's worth checking their policy before you get started.
If they do cover the cost, they'll give you a 3-character return code. Just enter this code to organise your return for free.
Paying with your MyPost account
If you don't have a return code, you can pay for the return postage through your MyPost account.
