Only available where an item has been addressed to a street address, and when the sender has included your registered email address, mobile phone number or Australia Post customer number in the shipping information they’ve given us.

4 Terms and conditions apply. Parcel delivery via red door boxes is subject to size and availability restrictions. Parcels that can’t be delivered using a red door box will be given a card or sent a digital notification, advising collection from your Post Office. Red door boxes are available at participating Post Offices.
