How does Parcel Collect work?

Using Parcel Collect

1. Register

When you register online, we will assign you a unique Australia Post Customer Number. You will then need to select the Parcel Collect location most convenient to you.

We'll send you your Parcel Collect address so you have it on hand. If you forget it, just log in to your account to see it.

Please note: Some of our online retail partners also feature Parcel Collect as a delivery option when you're finalising your purchase and selecting a delivery address. Simply select your most convenient location and proceed to payment. There is no need to be registered for Parcel Lockers to use the service through an online retail partner.

2. Shop

Use your Parcel Collect address when you are shopping online or arranging for a parcel to be delivered to you.

Parcel Collect address example:

Jane Smith
Parcel Collect 01234 56789
29 Gilby Road
Mount Waverley VIC 3149

3. Collect your parcel

You will receive notification via SMS or email once your parcel is ready for collection. Simply present photo identification along with your notification at your nominated Parcel Collect location to collect your parcel within 10 business days.

Please note: If your parcel is not collected within 10 business days it will be returned to sender.
