Applying for a new business credit account
To apply, you can:
- download the business credit account application form
- pick up an application form from your local Australia Post retail outlet.
Before submitting your application form, please ensure you have completed all necessary details. This will help us to process your application as quickly as possible

Pay your business credit account by direct debit
Approved customers who use direct debit to pay their Australia Post Business Credit Account may be eligible for extended payment terms of 21 days. If you want to pay your account by direct debit, download and complete this form and return it to the listed address with your Business Credit Account application. Existing customers who want to switch to direct debit can also use this form.

Fees relating to a business credit account
The following fees apply to Australia Post business credit accounts: $100 annual cheque fee, $10 dishonour fee (direct debit and cheque) and a $15 late payment fee. For full details, please refer to section 6 of our business credit account terms and conditions.
