Want to know exactly what to charge for postage? Use our flat rate postage range for a fixed cost on delivery within Australia (using Courier Post, Express Post or Parcel Post).

How it works

Getting started with Click and Send is easy. Just follow the 3 steps below:

1. Register or send item as a guest

Using Click and Send is free. You can post one-off items as a guest, or create a free account, where you'll get access to extra features, like saving or importing delivery addresses.

2. Print postage labels and pay online

Simply enter or import your addressee details, select your preferred domestic or international postage service, and pay with a credit card, PayPal, or Australia Post Business Credit Account.

Next, print the address labels and attach them to your items, along with any necessary shipping documentation. Don't forget to sign the 'no dangerous goods' declaration on the label!

3. Post your items

You can choose to:

  • book a parcel pickup* from your home or office (additional charges apply)
  • take your parcels to a Post Office
  • drop them off in a street posting box (domestic parcels and Express Courier International only)

Tracking parcels

You can view and track the parcels you've sent via Click and Send for up to 60 days. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account 
  2.  Select 'History/Tracking'
  3. Select 'Item History' from the menu at the top of the screen
  4. Navigate to the 'Item History' screen to view your sent items
  5. Click the 'Tracking' button next to each item to view delivery tracking information

What else can Click and Send do?

Import shipment information

You can import your shipping information (using a CSV file format), and Click and Send will automatically populate the necessary fields.

Manage addresses

Click and Send has an address book, which means every time you enter a new address for delivery, you can save it too (for when your customer returns!). You can also import contacts from your existing database to fill your address book instantly.

Produce customised tracking emails

Each time you use Click and Send - whether for domestic or international parcels - the transaction details will be sent to you in an email. You can set up email notifications to let your customers know their item is on its way. Emails can be prepared in 5 different languages.

All domestic deliveries and items sent via Express Courier International come with proof of shipment emails. You can send these - which also contain a link to our tracking site - to your recipient or a third party.

Offer flexible delivery choices

Where available, you can offer your customers the choice of having their item delivered:

  • to a convenient Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect location
  • on a specific weekday (Monday to Friday)
  • on a specific date
  • after a specific date (date embargo)

Delivery choice options are not available to all addresses and locations. The Click and Send website will inform you what delivery choices are available and if so, at what cost. 

Generate reports

With Click and Send, you can create detailed, customised delivery reports for the previous 3 months. You'll have sound internal audit records of what's been sent. You'll also be able to view, export or run the reports whenever you need, or opt to have them regularly emailed to you.

Get peace of mind with Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover

Signature on Delivery captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered. You can also choose to take out Extra Cover. Extra Cover provides you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post.

Pay with your credit card, PayPal or via your Australia Post Business Credit Account.
