Get started
- Register for an Australia Post Customer Number if you don't already have one.
- Log into your Australia Post account. Select 'Go to Parcel Lockers' under Delivery Management and follow the steps to register for a Parcel Locker.
Please note: Australia Post will accept domestic and international parcels from other carriers into our Parcel Lockers, if those parcels have been lodged by the carriers as Australia Post articles addressed to the recipients' Parcel Lockers.
StarTrack is a subsidiary of Australia Post, and parcels carried by StarTrack will be accepted for delivery into Parcel Lockers. We have informed other carriers of our new policy and it is up to the carrier to decide if they wish to pay to deliver to the parcel lockers. Where possible, customers are advised to check which shipping partners or parcel delivery provider/s are available on the website they're buying from.

Free, convenient and secure parcel collection
- Register
When you register online, we will assign you a Parcel Locker address that includes your unique Australia Post Customer Number. For example: - Shop
Use your Parcel Locker address when you are shopping online or arranging for a parcel to be delivered to you. - Collect
You will receive notification and a one-off access code once your parcel is ready for collection. Simply use the access code and the last 5 digits of customer number to collect your parcel within 48 hours.
