StarTrack Courier's simple online booking service, real-time track and trace and electronic Proof of Delivery, means you can relax in the knowledge your item will arrive at the right place at the right time.

Our flexible pricing model depends on the volume of items you send regularly by courier, and the level of service you need.

When you set up your StarTrack Courier account, we'll give you a transparent pricing schedule based on your business needs.

Operating hours and areas

StarTrack Courier provides a range of reliable courier services in the CBD and metropolitan areas of Australia's major capital cities.

Our standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer after-hours courier services, including public holidays and weekends (if booked in advance).

Not a business customer?

Use Courier Post - our flat-rate same-day service. Simply lodge your parcel by 2pm, Monday to Friday at our retail outlets or via Click and Send.

Options

On-demand courier service

Our on-demand service makes sure your time-sensitive deliveries receive the priority you demand, while also providing a signature so you know they've arrived.

We offer a choice of 3 service standards to meet your requirements. Simply select the service that best meets the urgency of your job:

  • Standard - our most economical service with pick-up and delivery within 3-4 hours from the time of booking (dependent on distance)
  • Express - for more urgent items, our Express service takes priority over Standard deliveries
  • Immediate Priority - for extremely urgent jobs that need to be delivered right away, our Immediate Priority service offers first available pick-up and priority delivery

We also provide a range of vehicle types to accommodate your urgent courier needs.

Delivery times depend on distance. Deliveries scheduled after hours incur an after-hours surcharge.

Customised Regular Courier service

Need a "set run" service for regular courier delivery?

Tailor your set run pickup or delivery times, point-to-point or to multiple points with our Customised Regular Courier service.

We plan delivery times and routes using advanced routing and scheduling software to give you maximum efficiency, reliability and value for money.

Specialised Distribution

We can respond to your distribution requirements with the speed and efficiency that comes from access to an extensive network, a dedicated team and advanced technology.

Whether it's an inter-office satchel that requires quick delivery before start of business or urgently needed medical goods or spare parts, StarTrack Courier's premium specialised distribution service will get it there.

Book a courier and track your item

How to book

Online bookings

  1. Go to our online booking form
  2. Select the state you're in and enter your customer number and password
  3. Select "Add Job" to book a new delivery
  4. Fill in the details and the service you need

 Once you've finished your booking, print a label to attach to the item so you can track the booking all the way to delivery. Once it arrives, you can see the name and signature of the person who signed for the item.  

Phone bookings

  1. Phone 13 13 20 and press 1 for bookings
  2. Quote your client code and cost centre or reference
  3. Provide the following details:
    • Ready date and time for bookings
    • Any critical deadlines (for instance, tender or settlement documents)
    • Complete and accurate delivery details
    • Type of item to be delivered (letter, box, tube)
    • Number, weight and size of items
  4. Choose your service: Standard, Express or Immediate Priority
  5. Choose your method of delivery (bike, car, wagon, half van, van / tray)
  6. You'll be provided with a booking job number for future reference

How do I track my StarTrack Courier delivery?

Check the status of your courier delivery service online.

Once you're on your own home page, select "Query Job".
