If you're just starting out or sending on a smaller scale, we have some simple solutions for you.

Domestic delivery services

  • Our basic domestic parcel services offer a choice of speeds and optional features within our postal network. Simply choose Courier (same business day*), Express (next business day^) or Parcel Post (2+ business days#), and whether you would like Extra Cover# or Signature on Delivery**
  • Our StarTrack Courier service offers speedy delivery in metro areas, with a flexible pricing model based on your business needs. Proof of delivery and real-time track and trace capability means you simply make a booking online - then relax!

Flat rate postage

  • Know exactly what to charge your customers. Prepaid satchels combine packaging and postage for items up to 5kg. You'll also get a discount if you buy in bulk. Have them on hand and you're ready to pack and go!
  • Flat Rate Satchels and boxes are another great option. Just buy them beforehand, and pay a flat rate for postage when you're ready to send

Easy and economical packaging options

Prepare shipments online

  • With MyPost Business, you can pay your postage online and print labels 24/7. Get the iPhone app to scan parcels and satchels before you post them. Your customers will know their order's on the way - even before it's in our hands.

  • Click and Send is an online tool for managing your outgoing deliveries without needing to leave your home or office. Pay for postage, import your customer addresses, generate delivery reports, arrange parcel pick ups from select metropolitan locations, receive proof of shipment and more.

* Delivery is same business day only within metro areas of the same state within the Courier Post network and when it is lodged before 2pm at a participating Post Office.

^ Next business day delivery only is available within the guaranteed Express Post network. For more information visit Express Post parcels. The national next business day delivery network covers approximately 80% of Australia addresses and operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Express eParcel is not covered in the Express Post guarantee.

  • Send 250 or more parcels a year? Sign up for Business 250 membership and save up to 10% on selected postage products#
  • Send more than 1,000 parcels per year? You may be eligible for an Australia Post parcel contract. We know that not all businesses are alike, so that's why we can tailor a parcel contract that works for you. You can also access more benefits, like savings on postage rates, transit cover to insure your items and parcel pickups.

* Same day delivery is only available from metropolitan to metropolitan areas within the same state when lodged in-store or arranged through Click and Send before 2pm local time.

^ The national next business day delivery Express Post network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.

∞ Up to 10% saving based on the standard price of eligible postage products

# Eligibility criteria and terms and conditions apply. The Business 250 Membership offer applies to the following postage products for customers with a valid ABN:

  • Domestic flat rate postage for Courier Post, Express Post and Parcel Post
  • International assessed postage for Express Courier International
  • International assessed postage for Pack and Track International

The requirement to lodge 250 or more parcels per annum includes all postage products purchased through Click and Send and at participating Post Offices upon membership validation. To apply, simply visit the Click and Send website and follow the prompts. When you apply, we'll check your eligibility details and get back to you within 3 business days.
