Our 2025 Sustainability Roadmap
Our 2025 Sustainability Roadmap outlines our plan to deliver a sustainable future. One that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs. Underpinned by UN Sustainable Development Goals, our roadmap is built around six key initiatives.

UN Sustainable Development Goals
Our commitment to operating ethically and responsibly is driven by a long-term vision to create value for the community in decades to come.
To support this, we’ve identified a number of key aspirations that align to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) we directly impact.
We will continue working with our people, customers, communities and suppliers, to explore how we can contribute to the SDGs we indirectly impact.
Goal #5We achieved a zero gender pay gap and offered free PO boxes, mail redirection and increased leave for domestic violence victims.
Goal #12, #13 and #17We developed a coffee pod satchel with Nespresso to reduce landfill, and used our logistics service to help increase opportunities to reuse, repurpose and recycle items.
Goal #5, #8, #9, #10 and #17We're working with organisations across the country to reduce the digital divide for vulnerable groups like older, rural and low income people.
Goal #3, #9 and #13Our ongoing safety program educates posties about safe driving techniques, and we're moving towards safer electronic delivery vehicles that also help reduce emissions.
Goal #7, #11 and #13Our solar power installation at our Sydney Parcels Facility will deliver $800,000 in savings in the first year and a 2,260 tonne reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
Goal #8, #10 and #17Last year we spent over $21.4 million with the 45 social enterprises and Indigenous businesses in our supply chain.
Goal #9 and #17We supported entrepreneurs through our Regional Pitchfest, and helped improve access to government services by creating the first online Police Check in WA and DigitaliD™.
