You’ll now be logged into your OurPost Dashboard where you’ll find tools that are relevant to you and your role. To benefit from longer session times and much less frequent requirements to re-authenticate, Download Microsoft Teams.

As Principal Delivery Partner or Licensee/ Agent you will need to use Manage My Team to on-board, maintain and off-board your personnel/ subcontractors.

It is critical that you use this tool as other business applications rely on the data that is captured in Manage My Team. Additionally, by capturing basic data about your personnel/ subcontractors they will also receive OurPost account details so that they can access to tools that are relevant to them on their own device.

Visit the Self-Help Portal for more information, videos and instructions.

My Self-Service

You can access pay and leave information via My Self Service on the OurPost Dashboard. You can also have your paper payslip emailed to you. If you can’t find what you need, please raise a query on the People Services Portal.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is available to:

  • Australia Post team members
  • StarTrack team members
  • Licensees and their teams
  • Delivery Partner Principals

You can download Teams from the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store on Windows. Once you’re in Teams, you can open Isaac Hub. It gives you quick, personalised access to the OurPost Dashboard and everything you need in one place — tools, news, events, jobs, learning and perks.

One of the biggest benefits is staying signed in for up to 7 days. That means less time logging in and more time getting things done.

Teams also helps you stay connected. You can chat with your team anytime from your phone in a safe and secure space.

You’ll also have access to Viva Engage — our internal social channel. It’s where you can connect with colleagues across Australia Post, ask questions, share feedback and tell your story.
