To provide you with a faster, streamlined and scalable delivery experience, we’re upgrading our systems. Over the coming months we'll be replacing our existing lodgement systems with our new and improved solution – Parcel Send.

Improving the way you send

Migrating to Parcel Send should have little to no impact on your business. You’ll still have access to all the features and capabilities you currently use, plus a range of new enhancements.

Things to know

Getting started

If you have used Australia Post's online services, simply log in to Parcel Send with your Australia Post online account details.

If you haven’t registered or don’t have an existing Australia Post account, check your email inbox for a Parcel Send invitation and follow the prompts to get started.
