What you'll see
How your delivery gets from A to B depends on the service used to send it.
The tracking updates you get will vary too, depending on:
- the service used,
- how the item was posted (over the counter or in a street posting box), and
- how it's being delivered (by a postie, courier or international carrier).

If we hit a snag along the way, you'll see what's happening and whether your delivery is likely to be delayed.
Delivery date estimates
Status updates are handy, but you just want to know when your delivery should arrive. We get it.
That's why you'll get an 'estimated delivery by' date for many domestic parcels,* as soon as we know they're on the move.
Email and SMS notifications
Too busy to check on your delivery? With tracking notifications, our updates find you.
Just the important stuff, of course. Like when your items are in transit, due for delivery that day, awaiting collection or delivered.
