How to register and activate your card
1. Registering your card
To register your card, you'll need to sign up for an Australia Post account. Enter your name, email address and password. Your password must be a mix of upper and lower case letters with at least one digit.
When you've finished entering your details, accept the Australia Post ID terms and conditions and select Create account.
You'll be sent an activation email which you'll use to activate your account. Check your email and select Activate my account to complete the process. Now you can add your Load&Go card.
If you already have an Australia Post or MyPost account, simply log in to Load&Go Online to activate your card.
2. Activating your card
Once you've registered, simply add your card to activate it. You can also retrieve or change your PIN online anytime.
Simply enter the card number, hit Continue, then enter the card’s CVV and the six-digit access code you chose when you bought your Load&Go card.
You’ll receive a message confirming the card is linked to your account and you’re good to go.
If your card is already added, just select Activate.
Please note: if you purchased your card instore your card will already be active and ready for use.
3. Manage your card with the Load&Go App
To manage your card, download the Load&Go App via the App Store or Google Play.
Have a replacement or renewal card?
To activate a replacement or renewal card, log in to Load&Go Online and select Activate or call 1300 665 054.
^ If your Load&Go China card is lost or stolen and hasn't been registered, you won't be able to access the remaining funds on your card.
