If you're sending important mail within Australia, Registered Post prepaid labels give you an added level of security. Registered Post prepaid labels do not include postage.

Our standard Registered Post service offers:

  • Proof of posting when lodged at an Australia Post retail outlet
  • A signature obtained on delivery
  • Compensation for loss or damage of up to $100.

Options such as extra cover up to $5,000, delivery confirmation and person-to-person delivery are available for an additional fee payable when lodging at an Australia Post retail outlet.

For use when sending important documents or valuable items weighing less than 500g within Australia.

Dispatch timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Some products, like personalised stamps, have a longer dispatch time. Any special dispatch / delivery times will be specified on the product page.

Standard delivery is FREE Australia-wide

The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days after dispatch. However, please be aware we are currently experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic.

Express Post guarantee suspended

Our Express Post service is still available on certain products and is the prioritised delivery option. However, we can’t guarantee next business day delivery and Express Post parcels could take 5+ days to be delivered on top of dispatch time. See our Coronavirus updates page for more information.

Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries

If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email notifying you when your item is ready to pick up.

International delivery

Not all products are available for international delivery. The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days (excluding any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control). Our returns policy

If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within reasonable time after purchase. You can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.

This includes when a product:

  • is faulty
  • is incorrectly described on our website
  • is different from a sample shown
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or
  • isn't of acceptable quality.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items, as most of them can’t be resold.
