Whether it's to thank a new client for that new contract going ahead, or a friend visiting Australia for the first time, the Gourmet Traveller Gift Card allows the giftee to follow their taste buds and create their own dining adventure. Simple to give and an absolute treat to receive, the Gourmet Traveller Gift Card is the perfect way to mark any occasion.

This eGift card has the option to download to a digital wallet on an iOS or Android-enabled mobile device. To do so:
1. Open the eGift card email on a mobile device.
2. Click the ‘Add To Wallet’ button.
3. Follow the prompts to open Wallet Pass or your digital wallet app.
4. The eGift card will then be added to your digital wallet for you to use.

Please note eGift card redemption details will not be stored in the digital wallet, so refer to the original email for information on how to redeem.

eGift Cards cannot be purchased using PayPal, Alipay or WeChat Pay.

Lost, stolen, damaged or expired cards cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash. Card has no value until activated at time of purchase.

In most circumstances, a digital eGift Card will be sent to the recipient automatically (within 1 hour) once checkout and payment are successful. However, some cards are subject to a security check, so delivery could take an extra 1-2 working days of completing your order.

Our returns policy

If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within reasonable time after purchase. You can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.

This includes when a product:

  • is faulty
  • is incorrectly described on our website
  • is different from a sample shown
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or
  • isn't of acceptable quality.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items, as most of them can’t be resold.
