Australia Post’s flat rate satchels make sending parcels easier than ever. Purchase packaging ahead of time and postage as needed. Postage to your customer is not included in the satchel cost.

This packaging range is designed to be coupled with corresponding flat rate postage labels for delivery anywhere in Australia.

Flat rate postage labels are available online via MyPost Business and in-store at participating Post Offices. Please see the ‘Postage and Service Conditions’ tab for more information.

These satchels are also available in Small, Large and Extra Large.

*Note: Due to the nature of soft plastics during the production process satchels can vary slightly in size by 5% ( + or –).

Suitability of service: This service is not suitable for sending items valued over $100. If you are sending higher value items, you should purchase Extra Cover which provides loss or damage cover from $100 up to $5,000. Extra Cover cannot be purchased from the Online Shop (as the cost of Extra Cover depends on the value of the item being posted). Ask to purchase Extra Cover at your post office before you send your item.

Unless required by law, we do not accept liability for late delivery or any consequential or indirect loss or damage. If your parcel is lost or damaged, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable.

Extra Cover and any compensation offered under the Australia Post Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Flat rate postage is available online at MyPost Business or in-store at participating Post Offices. Postage is valid for single use to any address in Australia.

Service Conditions

Payment of correct postage charges and attaching a postage label/indicia is required for delivery. This article is carried under the Australia Post terms and conditions. You can view these online or ask at our nearest Post Office.

Dispatch timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Some products, like personalised stamps, have a longer dispatch time. Any special dispatch and/or delivery times will be specified on the product page.

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $30+

For orders under $30, a $5.00 flat fee applies for processing and handling. The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days. The actual delivery speed will depend on where the item is being posted from/to, and the current volumes in our delivery network at the time of posting.

Express Post guarantee suspended

Express Post remains our fastest delivery option, but current circumstances mean we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.

Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries

If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email notifying you when your item is ready to pick up.

Our returns policy

If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within reasonable time after purchase. You can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.

This includes when a product:

  • is faulty
  • is incorrectly described on our website
  • is different from a sample shown
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or
  • isn't of acceptable quality.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items, as most of them can’t be resold.
