Next business day with Signature on Delivery* and $100 of Extra Cover. **
For extra peace of mind, Express Post Platinum provides a next business day delivery* service for important items. This service includes Signature on Delivery and $100 of Extra Cover. You also have the option of purchasing additional Extra Cover up to a $5,000 value^.
* The national Express Post Platinum next business day delivery network** operates between all capital cities (except Darwin) and some major centres.
^ Additional Extra Cover can be purchased when you lodge your item at any post office. Excludes bank notes, bullion and negotiable securities.
This service is not suitable for sending items valued over $100. If you are sending higher value items, you should purchase Extra Cover which provides loss or damage cover from $100 up to $5,000. Extra Cover cannot be purchased from the online Shop (as the cost of Extra Cover depends on the value of the item being posted). Ask to purchase Extra Cover at your post office before you send your item.
Unless required by law, we do not accept liability for late delivery or any consequential or indirect loss or damage. If your parcel is lost or damaged, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable. Notwithstanding our limitation of liability, you may have additional rights under applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Dispatch timeframes
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Some products, like personalised stamps, have a longer dispatch time. Any special dispatch / delivery times will be specified on the product page.
Standard delivery is FREE Australia-wide
The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days after dispatch. However, please be aware we are currently experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic.
Express Post guarantee suspended
Our Express Post service is still available on certain products and is the prioritised delivery option. However, we can’t guarantee next business day delivery and Express Post parcels could take 5+ days to be delivered on top of dispatch time. See our Coronavirus updates page for more information.
Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries
If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email notifying you when your item is ready to pick up.
International delivery
Not all products are available for international delivery. The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days (excluding any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control). Our returns policy
If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within reasonable time after purchase. You can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.
