Gift cards cannot be purchased from the Australia Post online shop using the mobile payment platform AliPay.

EB Games can replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card with the original purchase receipt. Refunds are not available from the place of purchase.

Christmas Sending Dates

We recommend shopping as early as you can, and no later than the dates below, to give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. 

  • Anywhere in Australia (except Perth and Darwin): Shop by Monday 13 December for Parcel Post, or Monday 20 December for Express Post.  
  • Perth and Darwin: Shop by Wednesday 8 December for Parcel Post, or Wednesday 15 December for Express Post.  

Dispatch timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-7 business days of receiving your order. Some products, like personalised stamps, have a longer dispatch time. Any special dispatch and/or delivery times will be specified on the product page.

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $30+

For orders under $30, a $5.00 flat fee applies for processing and handling. The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days. The actual delivery speed will depend on where the item is being posted from/to, and the current volumes in our delivery network at the time of posting.

Express Post guarantee suspended

Express Post remains our fastest delivery option, but current circumstances mean we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.

Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries

If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email notifying you when your item is ready to pick up.

Our returns policy

If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within reasonable time after purchase. You can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.

This includes when a product:

  • is faulty
  • is incorrectly described on our website
  • is different from a sample shown
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or
  • isn't of acceptable quality.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items, as most of them can’t be resold.
