Try before you buy
Your Shop account lets you save, preview, edit and duplicate existing projects, so you don’t lose anything. Just click ‘Save project’, and it’ll appear under 'My packaging' in your Shop account.
Things to note
Australia Post’s authorised suppliers will endeavour to dispatch a custom boxes order within 10-15 business days of receiving that order. Delivery time will depend on the delivery provider and type selected by the authorised supplier.
Bulk order pallet delivery
For select packaging orders, we can organise your delivery to arrive via pallet. If your order qualifies, we’ll take you through the steps at checkout to see if the delivery address meets our pallet receiving criteria.
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items.
However, if there's an issue with your product (for example it's faulty or damaged), you can return it or get an exchange, repair, replacement or refund. Read our Returns Policy for more details.
