+Data Gifting
This plan allows data to be gifted between Australia Post Mobile FlexiSIM users within Australia for use on domestic plans.  The recipient of the gifted data does not need to be on the same billing account.
You may gift data in increments of 1GB up to a maximum of 5GB per billing period.  You may only gift data which is available in your current billing period. If you have less than 1.5GB remaining of your included data, you may not gift that data.
If your plan allows data sharing, you must be the primary account holder to gift data.
When you gift data your included data allowance will be reduced for that billing period only.  For example, if your included data allowance is 5GB and you gift 1GB, you data allowance for that billing period will be 4GB. 
Gifted data will be available for use once the recipient has used all their included data, bonus data or data packs.  Unused gifted data will expire at the end of the recipient’s billing period. 
Once you gift data, this cannot be reversed.  There is no fee to gift data.
^Data Sharing
This plan allows data sharing between users on the same billing account within Australia.
If your billing account has multiple data sharing plans, all plans will be pooled together and shared across all users on the billing account.  If you wish to stop sharing data, users will need to transfer to separate billing accounts.
If you are the primary account holder, you will have the ability to set data limits for each user on the billing account.
Any unused data expires at the end of each billing period.
Data is counted in kilobytes, and includes uploads and downloads.

Activate online at auspostmobile.com.au or call 1300 196 916 to activate over the phone with our Australia based customer service team:

  • 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday (AEST)
  • Saturday and Sunday – closed

3. Add credit

Download the Australia Post FlexiSIM app. Check your usage, change plans and more, all in one place.
Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) of receiving your order.

Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 3-10 business days from order dispatch. Where You have specified a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point as the delivery address, You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.

Express Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 1-3 business days (depending on the delivery post code). Not all products will be available for express delivery.*
