Free standard delivery within Australia

Standard delivery is free on all domestic items.

We’re doing everything we can to keep delivering parcels as quickly as possible, but please be aware that we’re experiencing significant delays due to the Coronavirus pandemic. To read the latest updates on domestic impacts to our network, visit our Coronavirus page.

If your order is being delivered to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point, we’ll send you an email notification when your parcel is ready to collect.


Collection options

We offer a couple of collection methods for most items, if you’d prefer not to have your order sent to your home or work address. Eligible purchases can be delivered to either a participating Post Office or a Parcel Locker for you to pick up. You can easily manage these alternative delivery addresses from your MyPost account.

To choose one of these options, select the ‘Collect’ tab under ‘Delivery details’ at checkout.



Pick up from a Post Office

Have your purchase delivered to a participating Post Office. With more than 3,600 convenient locations across Australia, you can easily pick up your order near work or home.

Use a Parcel Locker

Can’t make it to the Post Office? Our 400 Parcel Lockers are available 24/7, so you can pick up your order anytime, day or night.

Please note that these collection methods are not available for all products. Items that aren't eligible include:

 

  • Products that are large or bulky as they won’t fit in lockers – e.g. bulk purchases of boxes and packaging
  • Products that can be shipped by different carriers that don’t service our Parcel Lockers and Collect locations
  • Products that can be delivered via ordinary post – e.g. if they’re small enough to be considered letters or standard mail articles
  • Products that require signature on delivery – e.g. some orders may need to be sent via registered post

 

Payment options

Choose from a range of payment methods at checkout. We accept payments from:

  • WeChat Pay
  • Alipay

Please note, Gift Cards cannot be purchased using AliPay.


Safe shopping

We adhere to industry standard eCommerce payment practices, to ensure you have a safe and secure experience at the checkout. This includes using a security certificate to protect your personal details, like contact and credit card information. You can check that this has been activated – just look for the padlock in your browser.

We’ll never store credit card numbers on the website or share them with anyone. This information, and everything else related to your order, is encrypted and can only be accessed by select authorised members of the Online Shop team.
