Collections from Melbourne eCommerce retailers – temporary pause

We’ll be pausing eParcel and Parcel Post pickups, collections and lodgements from eCommerce retailers in Greater Melbourne Metro only. The pause will last five days only – from 12.01am Friday 1 October to 12.01am Wednesday 6 October.

Delivery delays expected from the USA

The USPS (US Postal Service) has temporarily suspended some outgoing parcel services to a number of countries, including Australia, due to air freight capacity issues. We are closely monitoring efforts by the USPS to resume their service to Australia.

New Zealand deliveries – major delays expected

Increasing parcel volumes and local delays are impacting deliveries to New Zealand at the moment. We continue to send letters and parcels to New Zealand, though delays should be expected.

Delays to international items in some states

Inbound and outbound international deliveries in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia may be delayed due to a COVID-19 disruption at our Melbourne Gateway facility.

Delivery suspended to multiple countries

All deliveries to Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines and Taiwan are temporarily suspended. Parcel deliveries to Ireland are also suspended but letter services continue.
