We've contacted all our registered customers to let them know about the closure of the Load&Go Business Portal, but if you have any questions you can visit our FAQ and Support or send your questions by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please make sure you include your Name, Company/Business name and best contact details and we'll contact you when the new Load&Go Business Portal is up and running in 2017.

Applies when you make a transaction on your Card in a currency other than AUD or you make a transaction on your Card in any currency (including AUD) that is processed by a Card scheme or billed by the merchant outside of Australia.

All fees will be deducted directly from the available Card balance at the time the transaction or action is carried out. Subject to any applicable law, we may deduct from the Card balance any government duties, taxes, rates or charges now or in the future charged upon or in relation to the use of your Card or transactions deducted from the Card balance, whether or not you are primarily liable for such duties, taxes, rates or charges.

You can check your balance or account activity anytime - online or over the phone.
Make sure you know your card balance before you shop. If you try to purchase an item of greater value than your card balance, your card will be declined.
Please remember, your Load&Go Business Gift Card is not a credit card. Spend is limited to the value loaded on the card at the time of purchase.
Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants or merchants who choose not to accept Visa Prepaid cards). We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part. The Load&Go Business Gift Card can be used for purchasing goods and services where Visa Prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions).
