How to activate and register your card

You're almost ready to start spending, just a few simple steps to go!

Renewing and replacing your card

From 12 April 2019, Load&Go Reloadable cards will no longer be renewed upon expiry.

If you’ve damaged or misplaced your Load&Go card, call us on 1300 665 054 and we’ll organise a replacement for you.

Your new card will be sent to you in the mail within 10 business days. You’ll also receive a letter telling you to head to your nearest participating Post Office to get your card activated.

If you've already received your letter, here's what to do:

1. Head in-store

When you receive your new card, head to your nearest Post Office to begin our super-simple activation process.

2. Bring your documents

Be sure to bring with you the barcoded letter you got in the mail, your new Load&Go card and two forms of identification, one being photo ID.

3. Start spending

We’ll quickly get your card activated for you so that when you leave, you’re ready to start spending.

Manage your card with the Load&Go App

To manage your card on the go, download the Load&Go App via the App Store or Google Play.
