When you send parcels domestically and internationally through MyPost Business, you can arrange for them to be picked up. Here's how:
- Log in to your MyPost Business account
- Select ‘Book a pickup’ from the navigation bar at the top of the dashboard
- Enter contact and address information (if this customer has a default send from address, this will automatically populate)1
- Enter any specific pickup instructions within the relevant section should you wish to communicate specific details to the driver
- Select the number of items that are being picked up from the dropdown list2
- Select the pickup service (same day or next business day)3
- Pay for your pickup
- Once paying, you will get confirmation of your booking and you are able to download the receipt for the transaction

• Track and relax - Wait for your orders to be picked up
Pickup history and future bookings can be viewed in the history tab of your MyPost Business dashboard. Pickup history for orders created prior to 10 June 2022 can still be found in the ‘Orders’ section.
Please note: You can’t change or cancel a booking in your MyPost Business dashboard. To do this please call us on 13 11 18.
Please note: If your parcels are not available for collection within the booking window, the pickup fee cannot be refunded.
Are pickups available to all MyPost Business customers?
The MyPost Business pickup service collects parcels and letters from major metropolitan areas for lodgement in the Australia Post network. You can check whether pickups are available in your location when you enter your address in your MyPost Business online dashboard.
Our goal is to make the pickup process as simple as possible. To help us help you, here’s what you need to do:
- Make sure your parcels are correctly labelled for delivery. Remember the maximum weight limit for each parcel is 22kgs.
- Agree to our safety requirements. This ensures the safety of our customers and drivers. You’ll need to acknowledge the requirements before we can confirm your pickup.
- Make sure you, or someone that is 18 years old or older, is at the address when we come to pick up your parcel.
Depending on where you want your parcels picked up from, you can choose from the following pickup options.
Available pickup services for your pickup location will prepopulate as you select the service. Please note that pickup services may be limited or unavailable in some areas.
Same business day
Pickup orders placed before 1pm can be collected on the same day between 9am and 4pm.
Next business day
Place your pickup order by midnight for collection the next business day within a 4-hour pick up window. The times you can choose from are:
8am – 12pm
9am – 1pm
10am – 2pm
11am – 3pm
12pm – 4pm
There is a 100 parcel limit per pickup booking with a maximum weight for each parcel of 22kg. There’s no combined maximum weight limit.
We’re unable to pick up parcels containing dangerous or prohibited goods. Some common examples of dangerous and prohibited goods include:
- lithium batteries
- perfume
- tobacco and tobacco products
- alcohol
- perishable goods
- plants and animals
