When you visit a Parcel Locker and choose to send or return a parcel, you’ll be asked to scan your eligible parcel and enter your mobile number. You'll receive a verification code by SMS to keep the service secure. Enter that code on the touch screen then scan your parcel and a Parcel Locker door will open to enable you to lodge your parcel.

• Registered Post items
• Parcels larger than 35 x 44 x 61cm
• Parcels heavier than 16kg
• Parcels that require proof of identity
• Parcels that require the recipient's ID to be recorded at delivery
• Parcels where there is a payment required on delivery
• Parcels that are damaged or unsuitably packaged
• Parcels delivered by a courier that has chosen not to deliver to our parcel lockers
• Parcels containing perishables

You can register to receive parcels at up to 10 Parcel Locker locations with a free MyPost account.

To add another Parcel Locker address or change an existing one, simply log in to your MyPost account and select ‘Parcel Lockers’ from your ‘Delivery addresses’. Search for a location that suits you and then select ‘Add’.

Parcels dropped off at a Parcel Locker will be collected by us by the end of the next Business Day.

Because of this, Express Post next business day delivery and the Express Post guarantee are unavailable for articles lodged in a Parcel Locker. We recommend that you post your Express Post item by the collection cut-off time in a yellow street posting box or over the counter at your local Post Office.

Note: Express Post articles can be delivered to Parcel Lockers to the same service standard as to homes and businesses in the surrounding area.

Registering to use our 24/7 Parcel Lockers is easy.

1. Search for a Parcel Locker location
2. Follow the prompts to sign up and create a MyPost account
3. Verify your identity with Digital iD

You can use our 24/7 Parcel Locker service as often as you want.

If you no longer wish to use our 24/7 Parcel Locker service, simply delete your Parcel Locker addresses from your MyPost account.

Without a Parcel Locker location saved to your delivery addresses you’ll no longer be registered to use this service.

You can use our locations & hours tool to find your closest Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker address. 

Search for an address – home, work or somewhere else that’s convenient for you – and then choose either ‘Parcel Locker’ or ‘Parcel Collect’ as the type of location you’re looking for. 

Unfortunately, the ‘drop-off isn’t available here’ message means there’s been a technical issue with that Parcel Locker location. So the option to send or return parcels has been temporarily disabled.

Parcel Lockers are used for collecting as well as sending and returning parcels.

Occasionally, during peak times at our most popular locations, all lockers may be in use. So, if you want to drop off a parcel for posting, you’ll need to try another Parcel Locker location.
