5 Terms and conditions apply. The service is only available for deliveries to an address that is accessible and to a requested delivery location where it is safe to leave parcels. Parcels that do not require a signature will be left in a place our delivery drivers deem to be safe. Addresses where the front of the property is near to the street, or apartments that are not accessible to a person who is making the delivery, are generally not suitable for this service. Parcels that require a signature are eligible to be left in a safe place when the sender provides your contact details, the sender allows us to leave it in a safe place, and there’s a safe place to leave your parcel.

6 Savings are subject to a number of eligibility criteria. Savings are calculated based on how many qualifying parcels you send over a rolling 8-week and 12-month periods. To be eligible, you must have a MyPost Business account and use your account when purchasing qualifying parcels and you must meet the volume requirements over the relevant period to get discounts on certain products. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details on the eligibility criteria.
